The picture “ The lace-maker” brought Tropin glory of the foreman of female images. The picture it so has liked, that the artist had to repeat it 7 times (you see then yet did not know how to do of reproductions).
The pretty girl, making laces, is figured in that moment, when she on instant has torn off activity and has addressed by a view to the spectator, which one thus appears is involved in space of a picture. Carefully and with love the box for needlework is written picture — laces. The feel of rest and cosiness created Tropin, convinces of value of each instant of daily human life. The aesthetic tastes of epoch in this case happily have coincided with features of talent of the artist, poeticaly perceiving life.
