Rufim Sudkovsky (1850-1885)
Russian painter-landscape writer. Having studied at the Ochakov Spiritual School, then at the Odessas seminary. But he was fond a lot of another field at all. The painters imagination had been stressing constantly by the sight of the sea by its fascinating effects. Since that time he had been trying to recreate them by means of pen and brush, thought to use them at the drawing school of Art Amateurs Odessas Society. In 1868 he entered as a pupil to the Imperial Art Academy. In 1882 he was gotten an academician title
