Pimenov Jury (George) (1903-1977) – Russian painter, graph painter, scene-painter. He always would be desirable to be the artist of the modernity, to embody today's, corresponding to spirit and shape of each running day of sensation of a life. Therefore he appeared as the very soviet artist. Pimenov participated in ‘’the First debatable exhibition of an active revolutionary art association’’, and one year later its participants founded the Easel Painting Amateurs Society (OST). To 1930 in Pimenov’s creative work there appeared a genre of lyrical reporting, sentimental admiration of a city life vanity.

Agni Publishing House (Samara, Russia), Nicholas Roerich Museum (New York) and Fine Arts Academy Gallery (Moscow, Russia) have published a unique album, dedicated to the pictorial heritage of Nicholas Roerich (1874-1947).
Will be available on the second volume of a unique publication dedicated to the works of Nicholas Roerich (1874-1947).
The album was released by the publishing house "Agni" (Samara), with active cooperation of the Nicholas Roerich Museum in New York, as well as the Moscow Gallery Fine Arts Academy and the St. Petersburg State Museum and Institute of the Roerich Family.
