Klever July Juljevich (1850-1924) - Russian painter.
Studied in the Petersburg Art Academy, firstly in an architectural class (1867-1868), and then in landscape (1868-1870) as a pupil of Vorobjev and Klodt. The album was released by the publishing house "Agni" (Samara), with active cooperation of the Nicholas Roerich Museum in New York, as well as the Moscow Gallery Fine Arts Academy and the St. Petersburg State Museum and Institute of the Roerich Family.
