Кончаловский Пётр Konchalovsky Peter Petrovich (1876-1956) - Russian painter.
Vocational training received in Kharkov, Moscow, Paris, St.Petersburg. He was one of the founders and the art leader of a society ‘’Diamonds Jack’’. Konchalovsky’s creative work based on folklore art, on Cezanne’s experience, and also has been influenced by the innovative tendencies in the European painting, first of all a cubism and partly expressionism. Konchalovsky was also the master of theatrical scenery and left a significant graphic heritage.
